		<title>如何向境外汇款</title>

		<description><![CDATA[本文谨献给第一次往海外汇款又四处碰壁的菜鸟们。 最近由于某些原因需要往境外汇款，来回折腾好几次，交了些学费，也算是明白了。 先从汇款方式开始吧。本次我考虑过的共有三种：银行转账汇款；西联汇款；PayPal。 1.银行转账汇款。由于原先手上只有工行的储蓄卡，于是在咨询客服后决定从网上银行直接付款到对方账户。首先要从网银购入你要汇的他国货币，就是购汇。购汇之后，通过网银上的向他国他行转账操作，填写表单即可，足不出户比较方便。工行目前的手续费是网银每笔100RMB（柜台是150RMB）+千分之0.8。 但是这样做是有些限制的：某些国家的银行海外汇款只接受指定货币（如美元，欧元），而且有些打酱油银行还需要通过第三国的中介银行才可以。这些都是需要对方确认的。这就比较麻烦（网银页面上并非都可以填写中转行信息，这样可能只能到柜台办理）而且在主观上感觉有那么点不靠谱。需要注意的是，汇款前需要预先知道对方的收款行所在国家，城市，银行名称，分行名称，对方姓名、账号，Swift Code。最好还有开户行地址。 2.西联汇款。西联汇款也是一个很方便的方式。只需要知道收款人信息（名字，地址）就行，手续费也比银行转账低廉很多。但是貌似只支持美元汇出，这就要先去银行购汇再汇款出，但只能在西联指定代办点完成。也算上还可以。 3.PayPal。这个一直是我认为最方便靠谱的方式。PayPal一直是支持银联卡的，但是我还是建议有信用卡的朋友绑定信用卡吧。只要填写对方的PayPal账户，瞬间就付款到对方。对方就可以提现到本地银行卡，方便快捷。而且在汇款的时候还可以选择许多种货币，方便对方提现。当然，说一些门槛吧。让对方注册PayPal不是难事，难事如果没有信用卡，验证账户和支付起来会很麻烦。在中国，如果你有信用卡，首先在PayPal认证账户上就会比储蓄卡快捷很多。储蓄卡需要数个工作日等待一笔小额资金转到卡上。有些国家只能支持信用卡认证。（账户认证是为了取消月收款金额和提现限制。不认证也可以收款提现）跨国汇款是需要收一定手续费的，同时对方提现到他国银行也是需要一定手续费的。（提现方式和对应手续费各不相同，具体请参考PayPal帮助）。但是总手续费也不是很高。 其实还有别的方式，比如电汇等等，由于本人没亲试过就不再介绍。 希望给新手们一些帮助～]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[“原来的小清新已不复存在，那些流年的时光走得太快，我还来不及回望走过的旅途。” 过了两个月，一切又是什么样？我也应该熟悉这个地方。换了一个发型，换了一个风格，换了一个世界。曾令我向往的北方，如今还剩下多少。那时没见过的雪，也不再陌生；那时没见过的人，也不再充满新奇；那时没去过的地方，还是没机会去。 东北人是什么性格，我还是琢磨不透。或许我平时习惯沉浸在自己的世界，或许还不能完全理解他们。吸烟喝酒是他们的家常便饭，生活在我看来也是比较邋遢的，总之是许多无法适应的。而我每天吃基本相同的东西，做类似的事情，去同一个地方，见那些熟悉却快步低头闪过的背影。 北国的冬天，天很早就暗淡了下来。偶尔落下的小雨，偶尔飘零的雪花，对了，还有那大雾。夜晚总给我特别的感觉，很难说，很难捉摸。在异乡的我时不时看看十五的月亮，虽还未感到家乡的月亮更圆，但不能否认的是：我想家了。 家里没有视频，好在父母能在iPad里看得到我。所谓当时说好的要独立，我也不知道我算独立了多少。生活是什么？上课，看书，吃饭，写程序，洗衣服，打游戏？好人做过无数次，重装过十来台本本，优化过各类网络数次。还有各种千奇百怪的大小问题。而回报呢？应该是早就丢了吧。“网管，我的电脑XXXXX，你快来一下。”“网管，帮我网购一下&#8230;&#8230;.”“网管&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;”说实话，我不喜欢这个称呼，网管？网管你妹。网管有啥前途？如果你们渐渐忘记了我的中文名，我希望你们还能知道我叫Rex。 冬天来得太快，瞬间就是零下15度的严寒和凛冽的风，对我来说也算是适应了过来。有时问自己，未来能做什么？见过在HP工作和自主创业的学长，也看过末落的毕业生，而对于我来说，要如何规划这几年的时间？考证？实践？加入了实验室，学着iOS开发，上着雅思英语，目前正积极准备考网络工程师和思科认证。其实我也很迷茫，有些时候不知道日子应该要怎么过。总觉得自己在一遍一遍地浪费着时光和青春，好希望像LonelySwan和小吉米一样在那样年轻的年纪就有令人称赞的技术与能力。 很多时候总想一个人静下来，过着简单些的日子，没有喧闹，没有浮华，没有太多的人和事。能够静静看一些清新的文字，能够想想过去和现在，能够拥有一个自己的世界。 冬日漫长。阴天，漫步雪后操场，看着呵出又飘散的热气。阴沉的天空下，是实实在在的北国生活。或许生活还应该有个她，即使在没有阳光的地方。]]></description>
